We request 20% of the accommodation cost as a deposit at the time of booking. This can be paid by credit/debit card at the time of booking. This amount is non refundable should you need to cancel your booking.
If you cancel your booking within 14-days of your arrival then the full amount is charged therefore we advise that you do have holiday insurance to protect you. In the event of such a circumstance we will provide all the relevant paperwork for your insurance company to claim back any monies lost.
Pets are welcome however they must be kept under control at all times as we are beside livestock. Under no circumstances are pets to be left alone in the property, allowed on the furniture or beds, and the owner must use doggie bags at all times around the property. There is an additional charge of £15/stay for each pet. A maximum of 2 pets per property.
